Lucky KT began their company with the idea of catering to artisan Cantonese chefs. For 35 years, Lucky K.T. continues to produce a noodle that remains intact during the high heat wok frying process known as “Wok Hei” (镬气). The Wok Hei process is popularized from the Southern China region and is used in a staple dish known as Beef Chow Fun (干炒牛河). Today Lucky KT has expanded its product line to include Pho, Wonton, Chow Mein, E-Fu, and Pancit. It was the pioneering ideas from Head Chef Mike Wong and 3 vital partners that provided daily hand-crafted top-quality noodles that are used in regions as far as Guam. It’s no wonder that Lucky KT is the brand local chefs trust to continually impress their diners.
